I am just now getting around to telling you how much everyone at the UML 
Center for the Arts enjoyed presenting Tom Murphy.  He is a delight to
work with ­ easy and flexible, undemanding and extremely professional.  
Then, when he gets on stage, the experience really begins!  He is the 
perfect performer for a family series like mine.  His verbal humor, 
ad libs, and physical comedy and non-stop antics delighted everyone from 
the Grandpas down to the kindergartners in the audience.  People laughed 
until they cried ­ always a desirable result for the Discovery Series.

MANATOBA THEATRE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE presents five to six national 
and international companies annually. Murphy's Law: Bullet-Proof Comedy 
was certainly one of the best received by critics and audiences alike.
 
Murph is an artist of the highest order. What a pleasure it is to be
able to introduce children and teens to the history of vaudeville,
standup, clown, mime, slapstick, all of the enduring arts, in the form
of one incredibly funny and talented performer. Both our school and
public audiences howled with laughter and so many people made a point of
expressing their admiration for Tom's exquisite physical skill set.
There were so many smiles on our audience's faces. Everyone left the
theatre elated. Our staff couldn't be happier.
